Certificate II in Security Operations (PRS20103)- includes upgrade units - click
Overview: Nationally accredited entry-level course that satisfies training criteria for a security licence in both security guarding and crowd control. The course is designed for persons working in operational areas of security including mobile patrols, static guard, retail, cash-in-transit, monitoring, aviation, casinos, hotels and nightclubs, and major events.

Certificate II in Security Operations - Bridging Program (PRS20103)- click
Overview: The aim of the Certificate II in Security Operations (Bridging Program) is to align the student's previous qualifications with the new competencies in the Cert II in Security Operations qualifications. The program will develop a student's proficiency in the practical application of security training, update first aid qualifications and provide responsible service of alcohol training.

Certificate III in Security Operations - Crowd Controller Licensing Renewal Program (PRS30103)- click
Overview: The aim of the Certificate III in Security Operations (Crowd Controller Licensing Renewal) program is to further develop a student's proficiency in providing operational security services including responding to security risk situations, maintaining safety, leading teams and preparing and presenting security documentation and reports. This program must be completed prior to renewal of a crowd controllers licence within 2 years on initial licensing.

Certificate III in Security Operations - Armed Guard Licensing Program (PRS30103)- click
Overview: The aim of the Certificate III in Security Operations (Armed Guard Licensing) program is to develop a student's proficiency in providing operational security services in the context of high risk asset protection including responding to security risk situations, maintaining safety, leading teams, defensive tactics, firearms, cash in transit and preparing and presenting security documentation and reports.

Certificate III in Security Operations - Control Room Operator (PRS30103)- click
Overview: Nationally recognised qualification that satisfies training criteria for licensing of an unarmed guard working in a control room or monitoring centre. The course is designed for basic control room and monitoring centre operations.

Course in Asset Protection (Armed Robbery) - click
Overview: The objective of this program is to provide participants with an understanding of safe systems of work relevant to robbery within their work environment. The training strategy addresses three distinct areas of risk – before, during and after the incident. This course has been customised for this specialist area.
