Overview: The aim of this course
is to develop the ability of staff to recognise the common
causes of occupational violence and aggression and implement
localised strategies when faced with situations involving
the display of workplace violence and aggression.

aimed at persons in occupational settings with a greater potential
for conflict such as health care workers, statutory law enforcement,
compliance officers and similar roles.

roles such as emergency or aggression management teams in
a hospital, youth workers or law enforcement professionals
