BUSINESS
Certificate II in Business (BSB20101)
Overview
The Certificate II in Business is designed to develop the necessary skills, knowledge and confidence to be competent in a range of fields. The course comprises of 12 units focusing on the essential skills needed for entry into the workplace or an extension of previously obtained business skills. The course aims to extend and supplement the learning gained on the job and will lead to a nationally recognised qualification.
Job Prospects
This program has been developed for persons who wish to obtain a position in either reception, clerical or an administrative role in a wide range of industries.
Delivery
The course is presented in line with adult learning principles and involves a blended approach to training incorporating electronic and direct delivery strategies. Students are able to participate in a number of practical sessions to demonstrate competence in a broad range of work related areas.

Prerequisites
