The Institute’s workplace bullying
courses are provided over three levels – Handling, Investigating
and Managing Workplace Bullying). This level 1 program (Handling
Workplace Bullying) is suitable for any person involved in
any workplace where there are interactions with other staff
members and/or members of the public. The objectives of this
program are to provide participants with an understanding
and basic level of response to acts involving discrimination
and bullying behaviour.
This program assists organisations and individuals to comply
with Occupational Health and Safety legislation in providing
a safe and healthy work environment.

This program has been developed for persons
already employed however is also suitable for persons about
to enter the workforce.
Delivery
The course is presented in line with adult
learning principles and involves a blended approach to training
incorporating electronic and direct delivery strategies.
