| Overview: The Institute has developed
an innovative on-line learning and assessment CD for their
nationally accredited workplace bullying program. This program
assists organisations and individuals to comply with Occupational
Health and Safety legislation in providing a safe and healthy
work environment. In conjunction with the CD the Institute
manages a Training Management System which tracks student's
participation through this program and provides an auditing
tool for organisations to monitor staff training. |

may be a need to conduct an internal or basic investigation.
The objectives of this program are to provide participants
with basic skills in investigating workplace bullying behaviour.
