All electronic materials must be sourced
from the Master Document Register of the Australian Institute
of Public Safety.

| Purpose |
To ensure current electronic materials
are used for business activities.
|
| Responsibility |
It is the responsibility of management
to ensure their staff are aware of this policy and it is the
responsibility of individuals to abide by this policy.

| Guidelines |
1. Electronic materials within the Institute
are available electronically through the Institute’s
Internet/Intranet site.
2. At no time are staff permitted to save any document or
other material (whether from the Institute or not) onto their
desktop, hard drive or other place such as a laptop or computer
disk.
3. At no time are staff permitted to copy any electronic material
to a disk, computer desktop or any other place.
4. At no time are staff permitted to electronically transfer
any Institute material in any form whatsoever whether electronically
or not. |
