The Australian Institute of Public Safety is an independent
tertiary provider, which receives no government funding, so
full tuition fees are required to be paid by students.
FEE-HELP is available to post-graduate students. FEE-HELP
replaces PELS, and comprises a loan made to you by the Commonwealth
Government which is paid back via the taxation system once
you are paid $38,148 or more annually. This loan from the
Government attracts no loan application fee or interest.
Any Australian citizen may apply for FEE-HELP. For more
information about FEE-HELP, refer to the Commonwealth Government’s
website at www.goingtouni.gov.au
Students may elect to pay full fees in advance per subject
per semester, or to apply for FEE-HELP, in which case the
Government pays the Institute.
If applicants are offered a place in a course, a FEE-HELP
information booklet and application form will be mailed
to them with their offer.
