The Online Reporting section of the Institute website is able
to manage data and provide workplace status reports based
upon online reporting in the following areas:
Our online reporting systems allow selected staff to use
specially prepared electronic checklists to ensure their
workplace is safe, with appropriate risks minimised. The
system generates email alerts to ensure periodic inspections
are conducted, allows for action items to be addressed through
electronic delegation of tasks, and provides status reports
as required by individuals or the organisation.
The Institute provides this innovative “cutting edge”
reporting strategy for many clients. Included is the City
of Melbourne in areas of Emergency Preparedness and Occupational
Health and Safety throughout its substantial properties
such as Melbourne Town Hall and Council House.
