Services for Overseas Students, ESOS Act 2000 regulates
providers of education. The legislation also seeks to ensure
the integrity of the industry through visa-related reporting
requirements.
The Australian Institute of Public Safety is fully compliant
with its obligations under the ESOS Act, Regulations and
National Code of Practice.

CRICOS
All courses offered to overseas students must be registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students, CRICOS. We report to Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) on overseas student activity using CRICOS. This includes attendance and course performance. OSTAS
We are underwritten by OSTAS, the Overseas Students Tertiary Assurance Scheme, which will find an alternative course for overseas students if we cease to offer a particular course. For further information see the ACPET website [www.acpet.edu.au]. |
